Hi, I'm Jessica. I left a decade in aviation because dogs kept winning. In March 2026 I launched Salty Pups, and I built it around one question: what would I want for Kobe?
Kobe is my black Staffy. He's the reason I know what it feels like to love a dog so much it changes what you do with your life. Every dog I walk gets treated the way I treat him.
Before I ever clip a lead on your dog, I come to your home for a meet and greet. I want to understand your dog properly — their triggers, their walking style, whether they're treat motivated, what you'd like me to work on. It's as much about making sure we're the right fit for each other as it is about me understanding what your dog needs.
Every new dog starts on solo walks. Group adventures are capped at five dogs, and I take that seriously. If I don't believe a dog is the right fit for a group, I won't put them in one. The booking is never more important than the safety and wellbeing of every dog in my care.
After every walk you get a pup-date. A photo or video, and a note on how they went. If I notice something about their behaviour worth knowing, I'll tell you. If something concerns me mid-walk, I'll contact you right away.
I'm currently completing my Dog Trainer Training with IMDT Australia, because owners deserve someone who never stops learning.
At the end of every walk, every visit, every adventure — I want you and your dog to feel like you've received nothing less than the very best. That's the Salty Pups standard.
