1. Health & Vaccination Requirements
I confirm that my dog is up to date with core vaccinations (C5 recommended), flea, tick, and worm prevention. I understand that Salty Pups reserves the right to refuse service if these requirements are not met.

2. Fitness for Service
I confirm that my dog is in good general health and fit to participate in the booked service. I will notify Salty Pups of any changes to my dog's health, behaviour, or medications prior to any service.

3. Emergency Veterinary Authorisation
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorise Salty Pups to seek immediate veterinary attention for my dog at my expense. Every effort will be made to contact me first.

4. Liability
I understand and accept that Salty Pups takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all dogs in our care. However, Salty Pups cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or death of my dog that occurs as a result of unforeseen circumstances, interactions with other animals, or the inherent risks of outdoor activities.

5. Behaviour & Suitability
I confirm that the behaviour information I have provided is accurate and complete. I accept full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by my dog to another person, animal, or property. Salty Pups reserves the right to remove a dog from a service if they pose a risk to others.

6. Group Services
For group adventures and any off-lead activities, I confirm my dog has reliable recall and is suitable to interact with other dogs.

7. Photo & Social Media Consent
I grant permission for Salty Pups to photograph and/or video my dog during services and to use these images on our social media channels, website, and marketing materials. My dog's name may also be used. No personal owner information will be shared.

8. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your pup's spot. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to change or cancel a booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations with sufficient notice will receive a full deposit refund or credit toward a future booking.

9. Public Liability Insurance
Salty Pups holds public liability insurance. This provides coverage for third-party property damage or personal injury that may occur in connection with our services. Please note that this insurance does not cover your dog's own veterinary costs, which remain the responsibility of the owner.
